All of our items are sanitized and stored in a safe, smoke-free zone.

Soft goods, such as clothing and shoes, will have a small fresh tendance scent tab in the poly bag to keep your item fresh during storage and transit.

While we do our best to remove all traces of lint from clothing, we have hundreds of items, and it is inevitable that there will be a piece of random lint or thread transferred to other items from time to time.

For items that are "Local Pickup Only," we will provide pickup instructions. If requested, we will provide an area for testing to be done by the buyer upon arrival; please request this at time of purchase. Once item leaves sellers premises, no refunds can be given.

All items must be shipped to the address on file at the time of purchase per eBay Selling Guidelines.Delays due to Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS delays, weather situations, etc. are beyond our control.

Please note that buyers pay return shipping in most cases (unless item is defective). Items must be returned in same condition in which it was received by the buyer; we take photos of shipments during processing.
